Great company and great prices and variety of product offerings, thanks to Lois, my account manager whos very helpful. I plan to use ThisNew alot in the future
ThisNew is FANTASTIC!
There are several things I look for with a print-on-demand vendor.
1) Good Products
2) Timely Delivery
3) Great Communication
ThisNew does all three. Yes, they are in China, but their delivers times have been very accurate to the United States, Canada and Europe. Yes, I need to stay up late to speak with them, but they respond quickly on WhatsApp, and answer all of my questions.
Their products are very good quality, and I plan on expanding my SKUs with them.
Newbie in print on demand, but they have Excellent Customer Service and Good quality. Thank you, Sissie!
They are slow don't respond to request and have orders sitting form Feb on our store I only gave a 1 star because it's required they need no stars
I've been running a couple of Print-on-Demand stores for over a year now. I've tested about a dozen POD companies, and by far, ThisNew is the best out there. They have the largest selection at the best prices I could find, and their customer service is friendly and amazing. They also have a super helpful Facebook community full of active users. This means that no matter your experience with POD, ThisNew can help support your business with products, and their Facebook group can help you learn and grow.
Fantastic customer service, plenty of products and options to choose from to put my art on! definitely recommend ThisNew!
UPDATE OCT 2020:
After being contacted by a new account manager I made a few test orders and have been very impressed. Not only have they been answering any and all questions and concerns I have had, they got everything to me in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the items has impressed me as well, no weird smell with shirts, print quality is very good. And they are now alerting me when things are being discontinued and the items they are being replaced with. I am still nervous with all the issues I had in the past and have one more test order on the way. Very happy they are listening to their customers and are making changes. ORIGINAL:
Worst customer service, everything is almost an entire month over due, they use fake shipping numbers to avoid refunds through paypal, they refuse to respond to emails or messages, they are not an American Company, and I doubt they have any American's working for them like their site suggests they do. DO NOT USE THIS APP, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

ThisNew factories are currently located both in North America and Asia and we also set up warehouse in USA that is why many of our goods deliver from the USA. We temporarily do not support the Paypal payment is just because of the Paypal platform policy will effect the progress when customers place their orders. we are committed to making payment more safe and convenient, now the credit card can pay all the goods items on our website.

This app is very helpful. If you want to start your own P.O.D. business, this platform is highly recommended. I will use this app again for my new store.
DO NOT USE THIS APP! I think I just lost my money, sent it by wired transfer, emailed them no answer. Why is Shopify not talking acting with this fake companies. will report this to Shopify again.

The date that you wired the money is Friday, followed by the weekend that the staff is on vacation. So the status of wire transfer normally dealt on the Monday of next week. Ive used this app for about 5 months and at first they were extremely slow with shipping and customer service. However since i first started they have GREATLY improved their service and im beyond impressed. This is one of the best up and coming print on demand companies in my opinion. Shipping comes from china on most products but the shipping times are not that bad. I love this app and will continue to profit off their amazing margins.
