I can’t open the operation page all the time, and there is no reply to the email contact. There is no reply after contacting for three times in a row. Extremely bad service

Upon first install the app worked as expected. The past 48 hours the app has glitched and when opened in Shopify it presents a white/blank screen with no further instructions/links or error codes. I reached out both times with no response back. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app thinking a crucial update was missed; however there was no change. App was uninstalled permanently and other venues have been sought out.

I reached out to George once i installed the app to see what he could do for our store - it took a while for a response due to technical issues he was having with shopify which are now resolved. He has since got back to me and offered his skills to help improve our stores score overall and asap

Final review of this app. Read the reviews of the great service this app has provided. I didnt see it. Spent days emailing with no reply. Then an "I'm sorry for the late reply" email only to never reply to emails or support again. The app seems nice and I hate to leave a poor review of a free app but if you offer a product it would be nice to respond to support. Even if it is to say I'm sorry this will not be a fit for you. Wasted a week on this with no luck. I would recommend skipping this app.

Critical css, image resize not working on my website. Not sure if prefetching works. Within the code of loading bar and therefor sort of hidden, a link to https://www.w3.org/ creates "the largest contentful element" with error, read by website speed anaylizers also as an error, somehow registers for a higher speed. The only true benefit using this app was compressing the css file and nothing more.

With respect to the "Largest Contentful Element" error you're seeing - that's currently an open bug with Google's Lighthouse, which most website speed analyzers use. Die App hat uns wirklich geholfen, die Ladegeschwindigkeit in der mobilen Version zu erhöhen. Wir hatten dafür ein Angebot eines Anbieters in Höhe von 300 $. Hier kam der Service kostenlos. Der Support könnte besser erreichbar sein und auch würde ich mir Empfehlungen wünschen, wie oft man das "Optimize"-Programm machen sollte. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die Alt-Texte der Bilder nach der Optimierung verschwinden, wenn sie nicht über die Datenbank hochgeladen wurden. Aber für uns in Ordnung, da das nicht zu aufwendig in der Wiederherstellung ist.

I hate giving poor reviews, but this app simply isn't working at all. At first I only saw a blank screen when opening the app. Ok, the app support responded quite fast to solve the issue and confirmed it was a bug on their/Shopifys side. But then the optimization page just freezed and nothing happened. I didn't see any kind of progress on the dashboard or in the history tab. And now I'm back to seeing the blank screen. Very frustrating and what's even worse, the app support disappeared and is not replying to my emails anymore.

Fake app. Fake reviews. It has been 2 days and it is still loading and the green circle keeps spinning. No help or revert from chat support. All the reviews are fake and very very bad experience wasted 2 days.
