I am using this app to increase customer engagement on our website and integrate our messages from Instagram. It's awesome to have all of our messages in one place and to get notifications for my business without mixing it with my personal accounts. It's also great to see what customers are looking at.

I've used another chat app before that I was very happy with when I ran my craft store. I decided to try something a little different this time with my jewelry store and I am so glad that I did! I didn't know how much I was missing out on. So happy I found it!
