Tidio, especially its AI agent, is a great help for me as a one-man brand, allowing me to provide exceptional customer support without spending much time on it. It learns from my website and the links I provide.

So far I am very impressed with the Tidio system with Lyro! The full extent of the services can optimize customer service all in one platform and allow AI to automatically answer repetitive questions, and escalate questions when appropriate.

Tidio is very user-friendly and easy to get started with. The seamless integration with Shopify makes managing customer chats and store activity straightforward.
However, there are a few notable drawbacks. The 7-day free trial feels far too short, especially for growing businesses that are actively building their brand and need more time to fully test and set up all features. Additionally, customization options feel somewhat limited or uncertain depending on your store's setup.
The biggest downside has been customer support—responses have been very slow, and in some cases, I haven't received a reply at all. Improving support response times and extending the trial period would make this a much better experience for new store owners.

As a small business owner, Tidio has made customer support much easier. Customers get instant responses, and we can manage chats from one place. It has definitely improved our website experience. Great app!

We've been using Tidio at The Fire Alarm Supplier, and it has been a great addition to our store. I appreciate the Tidio app. It makes responding to customer queries much more efficient. I appreciate that I can feed it a ton of background knowledge on the business and website and it synthesizes it for me.
