Tidio Live Chat & AI Chatbots

This app is great, even with just the free basic plan it a whole package if you have a smaller store. Love the chatbots and how they're able to pull info from orders and shipping locations from Shopify automatically without staff help. Their support is also great! I use it so much they're probably sick of me but they always resolve the issue.

This app takes a few seconds to install and is very easy to use. Love the fact that there is also a mobile app that lets us talk to potential customers on the go. Highly recommend! Check it out on our site: www.designyoursilk.com

Can't do without this app. Just by "offering" to be there for live chat/questions/support makes a difference in conversions.
