Tidio Live Chat & AI Chatbots

You guys are all great - always there when I need you and super helpful. The Tidio chat app has been really beneficial for our business as our customers always have a lot of questions or can be a little shy and like to stay anonymous. Highly recommend to all Shopify-based online store. It's so easy to use and have a very nice and functional dashboard.

Really nice chat format. Worked instantly, no problem. Could not figure out how to log in, but realized I just need to open the app to start the session. Just upgraded to the pro account, to have more features. I am having fun chatting with my customers and seeing who is in my cart.

Just switched to Tidio from Zopim and I am very happy so far, much less glitchy and looks great!
