Best customer service ever !
Easy to install and easy to use
iv'e tried few apps before and this one is just way better..
Support has been very helpful - I will use this app and think this will higher my conversion rate for a good bit!

The app is intuitive and easy to learn. I can easily set up a few chat bots that displays on different pages. The mobile app that goes with it makes it easy to answer customer queries on the run. There seem to be more functions for me to discover, but it has been great so far.

Looked at many apps to provide chat and site communication. All others took a lot of effort to actually configure to work properly. Tidio took a few minutes and all was set. get this app!
