I liking knowing who is doing what on my site and the chats bots are easy and fun to use, not to mention super helpful without you having to lift a finger

cool app but you can only get far on the free plan but the adds ons are worth it , i cant edit the bot convo i would like to change the % that the store is offering but i love the app you will be engaged and you will use it

The support staff is ready and willing to help with all your concerns. And I have seen this application in action on a couple of other shopify stores out there and it’s looks professional and good. They also offer flexibility in terms of plans and pricing. The only issue for me was that the application appeared to have a glitch but it turns out I just needed to clear the browser. Support explained it to me, thanks.

I'm really sad to see that you are not fully satisfied with our app. Sometimes the old settings appear because your browser saves the old settings to make your website load faster (browser cache). A lot of interesting features at a very reasonable price. Most of the chatbot app I reviewed were charging upward of $50. This app is available at $18/month. Customer service is great too.

Just installed it, and it seems like it will create more interaction with customers. Can't give 5 stars until I have really had a chance to try it out.
The app installs well and quickly, but there are some bugs that seem to be with the mobile version and some other minor glitches I discovered. The developer contacted me and he is working on a couple of fixes and the update will be released shortly. I'm uninstalling for now and will wait for the next version.
