this app is really great, the customer service is great they listen to their customer and provide the best advice, I'm very satisfied with this app so far no complains, I'm currently on the free plan and I will be upgrading to the premium plan soon.

This app is pretty darn cool. It was super easy to install and set up to my liking. It's so neat that I can see where my customers are on my site in real time. Plus I can see where they are from and what browser they are using. Such useful information. It's great to have this available to answer any questions my customers might have with real time customer service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Tidio!!

Great app and great customer service! Will be using for a long time. Be careful of your settings as you can lose your monthly quota if not checked.

Incredible livechat app! Integrated seamlessly with Messenger and a super user friendly interface. A steal for both the free, basic option as well as paid! Customer service becomes much easier and helps with conversions when potential buyers understand what they're purchasing on the spot.

Excellent chat app for us. Our customers love it. We have both the android and desktop app installed. The free version is great but the paid version is worth it for the automation if you ask me.

I have found this App to be gr8. and already I am earning more sales because of communication via the app from customer who want to know more before making a purchase.
