We've been using Tidio at The Fire Alarm Supplier, and it has been a great addition to our store. The AI chatbot answers common customer questions instantly, which saves our team a lot of time and helps customers get answers even outside business hours. I appreciate the Tidio app. It makes responding to customer queries much more efficient. I appreciate that I can feed it a ton of background knowledge on the business and website and it synthesizes it for me.
