I was having trouble with an image loading on the Tier app and was able to connect to the app developer to resolve the issue. He agreed to meet with by Zoom so that I would know how to resolve the issue myself if it happened again. Thanks for the individual attention to my request.
I really like this Tier App, it is part of our strategy to drive up AOV to use bundles and Tier is very easy to implement and has paid for itself in the first day we implemented it. Good value, great product, and their customer service (dom) is a very nice guy that was helpful.

This app is very easy to pick up and use. Every time I needed a hand with the design and layout these guys were quick to reply and very helpful. I couldn't recommend them enough.

TOP-NOTCH! The app is exactly what I needed for my website, unique in Shopify APPs and very permissive. The admin, Dominic is a very helpful guy, listened to my ideas and adapted the app to my necessities. The communication is a 10+, very responsive, always kept me updated with the progress of customizations I've asked for, and very open to any improvements that can benefit the user and make the APP more user-friendly and more responsive.

We recently purchased Tier and so far the app has been great. I love the functionality and customization you can do with the bundles, the option for custom CSS to help the bundles blend with the theme is very helpful in keeping things cohesive. The customer service for Tier is unmatched, quick response times and actual solutions for issues is what you get. We are so glad to have chosen Tier for our new bundling function and will be utilizing it across the board.

Really liked the swap feature. I've been looking for something like this in a long time. Also, great customer support with fast responses in case of some adjustment issues. This is a great app!
