Redirect to a dashboard where there is all the apps they create but impossible to connect the pixel. Don't loose your time.

Super Cool and Easy App. You just open the APP and follow the Step by step video and you'll be there. Tiktok Pixel and Events will be ready to use. GREAT WORK. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Thanks for your reply, yes I can contact you through your FB page but I had deleted the app from my Shopify and lost the messages to the customer service with the auto-messages. If I can get some help that would be awesome

Please send us (RoarTheme) a message via this Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/roartheme we will help you with the issues. I think you should contact the app developer (in this case is my team, RoarTheme), not Shopify, because only the app author knows the app the best. In terms of a specific app, the answer from Shopify may be vague and general somehow.

So, again, please contact us via this Facebook https://www.facebook.com/roartheme ; and whenever you need help, you should contact the app author channel instead of Shopify.
