Thanks for your reply, yes I can contact you through your FB page but I had deleted the app from my Shopify and lost the messages to the customer service with the auto-messages. If I can get some help that would be awesome

I think you should contact the app developer (in this case is my team, RoarTheme), not Shopify, because only the app author knows the app the best. In terms of a specific app, the answer from Shopify may be vague and general somehow.
