Suppor did a great job helping me through my user error. Explained everything in great detail and I was able to use multiple pixels across different sites all within the same ad account. The Shopify setup only limits you to 1 business account connected to 1 store. This forces you to set up a new Business Manager for each website which isn't ideal.

Amazing app. These guys are professional and know what they are doing. Our previous tiktok pixel is tracking all sorts of wrong data. We had the Omega FB Pixel first and then decided to try their Tiktok pixel too, and oh mine, it's great!
