Having some tracking issues with the app right now, which hopefully get solved soon. Nevertheless I can say that support is very gentle and really tries to help. Tracy is one of the best customer support guys I have ever been in contact with. Immediately messages when there is an update with the devs and always tries to help and look one step further.

Omega TikTok Multi Pixels team
Would give zero stars if I could.
Omega developers offered to help install the code as tracking wasn't working properly. We asked for specific times that any changes would be made so that we could immediately test as to make sure there was no impact on customers.
They agreed, then ignored this, making the change during the middle of the night and only informing us after the change had been made. The exact opposite of what was agreed. The result was that the code interrupted customers ability to add to basket and we were unable to take any orders until code was reverted. Cost us thousands of £.
Would not recommend, at all.

DO NOT INSTALL FOR TIKTOK**
This app is overreporting my sales, for example I've got 1 Complete Payment but in Ads Manager it showed 7 Complete Payments!
NOTE* I've NEVER ever had reporting issues this big with TikTok Sales Channel app. Although support keep telling me to enable API and it will fix it, they were delusional since API was turned ON and connected via code.
Notes for Omega Pixel -> Should you attempt to remove this review, I will pursue additional measures to substantiate my concerns regarding this application's quality since I've got proof of Ads manager and Chat transcripts to back up these claims.

Can you create only one pixel that can be used during the trial period? Can I open more than one only if I pay?

With our app, we can add unlimited browser pixels. However, the event API will be different, in our plan, you can use 1 event API for free, if you would like to add more, you need to upgrade with an extra charge.
