No one gets back to you. There are no live chats and all the app does is send you in circles. When you ask a question for assistance it says someone will get back to you in 12 hours.

there is no customer service at all, ui is bad and overall bad app

0 STARS DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! This company takes your money, but when you have an issue with the app such as it not working the way it should with multiple error messages they are not there for you. I had an agent get pissy with my for there issue. I stated I wanted a refund the agent closed the chat window and disabled the ability to open a new chat window. I have owned several business and would never treat my customers this way. It is "Appalling" how they treat there customers. If you value your time and mental health stay away from Shoppedance products!!!! Like them we are in business to make money, they don't seem care if there porducts help us make money after we install it we are on our own. I have never had a support agent hang up or disconnect with me until this company. The support agent disconnected so fast it is like they encourage this sort of thing!
