La aplicación se integra perfectamente con Shopify y la configuración técnica es intuitiva. Sin embargo, estoy esperando la aprobación de TikTok Shop para vender, a pesar de haber enviado toda la documentación requerida. Este retraso, parece ser del proceso de revisión de TikTok y no de la aplicación en sí. La app hace bien su trabajo de conectar ambas plataformas.

Komplimziert. Verschiedene Accounts anlegen müssen für Tik Tok, TikTok Shop , TikTok Anzeigen Manager. Warenkatalog aus Shopify nicht einfach hochzuladen. Jedes Produkt muss angepasst werden.
Vorgaben mit Warenlagerzuordnung , Verpackungsvorschriften usw.

Und legt man Nachweise vor , bleiben die bisher eingestellten Produkte trotzdem gesperrt.

Werde über Tik Tok höchstens noch Werbung machen , aber Verkauf ist viel zu kompliziert mit Shopify und der App.

II am not sure who submitted this, but it we have been trying to get on TicTok since may, I have had heatied conversations with your personell who acknowledged the problem but kept sending me back to go.

I lost a lot of valuable time, and money trying to get approved (and I still get emails saying I am not approved) and not being able to sell. This is my prime season and I am just getting up and running.

While TikToc is a good tool, the process me was absolutely ridiculous. I am a legitimate business with my own location, not selling out of my kitchen or bedroom and I had the hardest time because I use my home - (I have a office at home) for my mailing address not my leased brick and mortar. May, June, July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov... Then we had problems connecting with Shopifly, which should have been easy. We are in, now I hope all the drama pays off!

The absolute worst experience I've had with any service in 40 years of being an entrepreneur. The app itself fails to sync to TikTok shop if you have more than 100 SKUs because new accounts are under a trial period, but you can't just select some items manually to only sync part of your products. All that doesn't matter though because their AI couldn't verify my business even after submitting 20+ requested docs twice with their chat agent guiding me on the 2nd and final appeal. The crazy part is they verified my business on my ad account with the exact same docs. Overall the absolute biggest waste of time and energy.

Product sync, order flow, and setup process are smooth.
Very helpful for reaching more customers and growing online sales.
