TikTok

It seems literally impossible to be "verified" no matter what hoops they have you jump through. The hours my team and I have spent trying to figure it out is ridiculous. Customer support is a joke and there is really no actual person in existence to speak to, it's an absolute joke!

Just starting out with TikTok but so far so good! Very easy to set up and connect to my Shopify.

En general, es bastante sencillo e intuitivo, excepto por un par de ocasiones en que me sentí un poco perdido. Pero, aparentemente, ya logré conectar TikTok Shop con Shopify. Seguiremos aprendiendo y explorando.

TERRIBLE customer support. No one there knows what they are doing. One of them literally copied and pasted a response from ChatGPT to try and help me. They are clueless and this app is way more complex than it needs to be to properly setup.

Creí que se iba a dificultar mucho, pero fue fácil

It was really hard to maneuver through the app. Had to disconnect and reconnect once to start over. I am still new here and I was not aware of TikTok generating ads using my products that I was not aware of and when I would click on the promote which I was not aware of at the time I was just trying to walk through the app. Then I was charged not knowing that was what I did. I did not a pay scale like I do now so that threw me off.

It was super simple until I got to the part where it said to connect, cancel or switch user. It took me a while to figure out that I needed to go back to Shopify and complete that side of the registration. No big deal but perhaps put a label up and give a brother a clue.
