Won't let me connect to my business profile I created in the app. I don't need a separate one for Shopify???

Once your account is connected, you’ll then be prompted to select a TikTok Ads Manager account to connect. I love this app, but I'm having trouble connecting my TikTok shop and I can't get anybody to help me fix it. I can't get Support to help me and I cannot get anyone to show me how to correct the problems I'm having with logging in. I would appreciate if someone would contact me and help me fix this problem. I did not want to change my original review, but I can't get any help and I'm hoping someone will help me now.
Good but still trying to set everything up and connect my link to tiktok on my account so. People can get to it
Difficult to use. £200 free ad credit was being emailed but have yet to implement. Customer service difficult, creating ads difficult and kept failing too. Overall this is not a pleasant interface to work with and even submitting a support ticket was harder than it should be.
Mein TikTok Pixel verbindet sich nicht. Seit herunterladen aus dem Shopify App Store.. Leider kann ich daher nicht nachvollziehen, welche ads, wie performen.

It is not supported for existing tiktok account (not business nor ads) to link with this app. If you already have tiktok account and have built up audiences, then you will have to start from scratch. This app is only for someone doesn't have tiktok account.

Far more expensive and less ROI than other advertising channels. More money spent advertising than was returned in sales.
First it too complicated to integrate. Once you get it going and you launch your first ad campaign and say you want to cancel that ad to change things up TIKTOK has made it so difficult to find the "cancel button". As a matter of fact I still haven't figured it out and I have been looking now for 10 minutes. You will have better luck finding Amazon's customer service number.
