It's hard to give a review at this point since my business profile id under review. ..At this point the set up to having a tiktok shop was easier than setting up the shop on instagram

I only advertise the products for Shopify Collective Suppliers. I don't any warehouse locations unless the Supplier provides the information.

Product and template synchronization could be improved. Repeated updates, such as applying category templates, have been unfortunately necessary. Additionally, I've noticed that some TikTok discounts cannot be paused or stopped, even though these features are available. I attempted to update a percentage-based discount, but was unsuccessful and had to wait for it to expire. My contact with customer support was unproductive.

worked great april 2024 now september 2024 no product sync from shopify to tiktok and visa versa so inventory is always wrong on 1 of them and tiktok dont seem to help when i do tickets. nothing but stress now

I highly recommend the app itself but take care that when seeking information or using the help center that is the only place I see that makes this app almost pointless, I have bee seeking help with a particular issue going on 3 weeks now sending message after message and yet my issue isn't any where close to becoming resolved I have now began to seek out help via youtube university or I will reach out to other users because tiktok shop helpers are of NO HELP! However this app is helpful if you are trying to blend your inventory to sell on tiktok. So far that is the only thing I can say about this app currently.

The process is very intuitive and easy to follow given that I already submitted all my required documentation through Tiktok shop. The tiktok shop was very hard to navigate and barely had any real human to review the documents though.

It was tricky for me, but it was probably my lack of technical savvy!

It seems easy to set up at first, but my store does not migrate to TikTok as it should. It has been asking me about a warehouse (there is no other warehouse, so not sure what other information it needs). As to the store, it is not functional. It basically is requesting that I recreate my store item by item and repost it into TikTok (they call it "syncing", but I am actually having to go item by item, putting a new picture, updating information...basically recreating my store all over again. The idea is good, but needs work. I was hoping to deploy this sooner. I will update my feedback when the app is more user-friendly.
