Compared to facebook ads, the targeting was poor and the CPA was about 8 times higher. Also, I attended a seminar on TikTok and started advertising 8 days later because of the campaign. However, the campaign was not applied, so I inquired about it and the answer was that the campaign ended the day before I started the ad. Since there is no deadline on the materials, it is almost a scam.

Shocking introduction to TikTok with this App. Decided to go ahead and setup the App following the offer of $200 credit. 1/ We haven't received any credit and 'support' seem like they've followed the FB support training manual and just repeat the same/wrong thing over and over again. 2/ Of just 3 products setup one is showing in the App as "rejected" for TikTok marketing with no reason whatsoever, yet an advert we setup is running. ZERO support and ZERO help so cant see us using this app or TikTok much longer.

FINGER WEG!! Reinste Abzocke. Jetzt musste ich tiktok extra nochmal installieren um eine rezension zu schreiben. Hatte sie schon deinstalliert....aber naja...
Erst eine Kaution bezahlt von 10€...gut kann man mal machen..hab ich auch wieder bekommen..wäre ja auch kein problem gewesen...aber dann...hatte in 2 Tagen als ich meine werbung geschaltet hatte, 42 Besucher.. gestern haben die schon 2 mal geld von meinem Konto abgebucht und heute!?!!... 3 mal haben die ernsthaft 3,57 von meinem Konto abgebucht und 1 mal noch 11,57....alles an einem tag wohlgemerkt...wie gesagt: 42 Klicks auf meiner Seite....so nachdem ich das nun losgeworden bin und hoffentlich den einen oder anderen warnen konnte, schnell wieder deinstallieren, weil man nur eine rezension schreiben darf, wenn man tiktok direkt installiert hat und in den letzten 45 tagen deinstalliert hat....also: FINGER WEG!!!!!!!!

"Unknown error" appears repeatedly when creating an advertisement, the reason for the error cannot be found, the recharged money cannot be returned.
No one to help me, can't find customer service. If I could give 0 star, I would give 0 star.

Not even 1 Star i have sent this message 3 times and i haven't herd back, I need help please i have an issue with TikTok Ads I have published a few ads and the cost was very high compared to the result. i have tried all the budgets the £20 and the 40 and 50 and 60. they all was the same the first a few minutes the viewers are goes between 20 & 30 viewer but no more and i have tried to delete the activities and publish again in case if the issue from my connection, but it is still the same. I have paid more than £380.00 for the ads and i only had [ 3 ] orders, that is really unfair. This is my third Email to you if didn't get any support or my ads been calculated again, I am going to leave this as review.
