Well, its been rejecting my ID verification saying my unaltered CC statements and bank statements are "Altered" again and again. They are downloaded straight from my bank (a major US bank)... So... Not sure whats up. Ive looked them over, they look fine. Ive tried 10+ times with different unaltered documents, doesnt matter. Sometimes it just rejects it saying they cant verify with no mention of altering.

We've never had this issue with any other shops/platform.

Not sure if this is some system/ai/computer error or some kind of incompetence on the human side because no one responds to tickets/emails over there. Might update if TT ever figures this out and fixes it.

Update: Finally (by basically, shear luck) got through account setup-- and their actual shop works the same as the faulty verification system. They use an AI to police for policy violations, and it falsely hands out violations, and appeals are sometimes successful, other times instant fail. If you try dealing with CS they are absolutely powerless to tell you why items were taken down, and have no ability to override the almighty computer AI. This is some pure dystopian nonsense.

My experience with tiktok is way to good. It allows peoples to see detail's about the product and also allow's customer's to watch videos about the product.

Very Very difficult to get approved, took me many tries but I am persistent hoping all I went through will be performing well

i would leave this app a negative 5 stars if I could, this app has major issues that need to be worked out, and when you try to reach out to TikTok they will try to throw you onto Shopify, it might be just me having bad luck with the app but it wouldn't categorize anything, wont auto map anything, then you will have to go back and fix everything if you made a mistake, then you have to optimize everything then finally you might have the luck to upload everything, this app seems like it belongs in the late 90s or early 2000's this app is trash

was good experience so far but was a little bit confusing of creating 3 emails, business, Business center, main account! I will try to manage when I get familiar.
