Objetivamente la aplicación es muy mala para un país como Colombia, no ves resultados, cuesta mucho el día y nunca sabes si la gente vio la campaña o no, no la recomiendo, no pierdan el dinero por lo menos en Colombia.

Muy descontenta con esta aplicación, hice una campaña con un presupuesto de 30 € y me han cobrado lo que les parece, me siguen cobrando todos los días una cuota y he tenido hasta que cancelar la tarjeta porque no hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos.
Si hay alguien de esta aplicación que me pueda ayudar, ayudar, lo agradecería

3 orders that were processed and not been paid for. I highly recommend never using this service and stick to ebay, too many hurdles that will leave you out of pocket.

EVERYTHING is SOOOOOoooooooo complicated!!!! nothing is easy, can't find anything you need. Nothing gives easy instructions.

I am a new tiktok seller and nothing is easy. I get violations for "diverting traffic" but I don't divert traffic as I want all my sales through tiktok shop. When I submit evidence and report back with documents - its rejected!!

I am trying so hard with this but nothing is easy what so ever. I rad the pages and pages and pages and pages of documents you have and there are thousands - nothing makes sense and its all so complicated!

I just wanted to set up a tktok shop but there are so many apps

It's a bloody nightmare. I can't synchronize with the products in my store so many items have prices that are outdated or descriptions that have been edited. I can't remove deleted items from the mapping page so I get constant reminders that I'm not fully mapped but there is nowhere to delete these things from the app. I can't mass deactivate or delete things that have sold and when I do remove something it still shows in my tiktok store. The whole thing is clunky to use and tells me I've got brand conflicts or copyright issues for using names like Pandora, Chloe and Clio (none of which were pertinent to my items and none of my items were copyright issues but purely because the names have also been used by corporations.
I had one order in the time I've been using it and that was cancelled by tiktok without word or reason, no explanation about why the order was rejected by them or how they dealt with it. They may well have upset a potential customer and I've no idea about it.

TikTok / Verkäufer Center ist der dümmste Müll hier funktioniert garnichts.
System ist komplett instabil hier funktioniert aber auch wirklcih rein GARNICHTS !!!! Beim Kundensupport arbeiten auch nur Versager, die nix drauf haben ausser Zahnbelag..
Spart euch die Nerven und scheisst auf die Plattform..
Egal welches Thema man sitzt eine Woche lang dran und wird immer frustrierter..

Zero customer support. They have a chat box that remains unanswered. Their shop mangement page has an error. It shows to refresh or content customer support. Customer support does not respond. Tiktok orders transfer into Shopify with astericks so we cannot see the full address.

Does not allow relinking of products and we cannot link our Tiktok products to their correct Shopify products. We have reached out to Tiktok many times regarding this problem and no one can help remove them. Only orders with linked products seem to show in our Shopify orders so we still have to constantly check Tiktok shop for new orders. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling as well with no luck. Inventory does not sync correctly and app constantly asks you to map products that you cannot map because there is no way to unlink a previous product even if it was linked to an incorrect listing. Show old orders saying they require attention even though they have already been shipped.
