the worst app... i spent 250 in 2 days with zero sales....

Having a very difficult time connecting TikTok shop with Shopify. When I click the option to get support, I will not submit.

The app is useless. They canceled an order that was already at the customer's door.
Their customer support is useless.
They provided free shipping at the store without my authorization.

Went through all the steps and I get to "submit" part of ad and an error "pixel doesn't exist" pops up with no explanation. Very disappointed.
