E intentado por un med sincronizar tik tok con shopify me da un error el cual me comunico con tik tok dicen que todo esta bien, me comunico con shopify y dicen lo mismo. Super mal
Absolutely terrible customer service and support from TikTok. I got an email from Shopify that if I added TikTok as a channel, I would get an ad credit so I did just that AND even ran an ad campaign on the platform. When I didn't see the credit in my account, I reached out to the TikTok support team and didn't get even a response for a month, after I followed up twice. When I finally got in touch with them, they informed me that apparently, the ad credit is only for certain Shopify merchants($79 & $299 tiers). This was never mentioned in the email and there were no restrictions even called out - I'm pretty sure it's illegal for them to change up the qualifying criteria after the fact. I'm very disappointed in this level of service from TikTok and even after bringing this to their attention, they simply said they'd pass on my feedback and did nothing to make it right. I'm definitely going to steer clear of this platform, especially since the ad campaign results were less than stellar anyway.

I've got the same issue that so many do. TikTok store suspended with no reason given and no reply to support ticket. Been in business 8 years and are verified on Facebook and instagram with no issues. TikTok has been a huge pain to deal with. I also didn't get ad credits promised long ago. I wouldn't bother until they get their act together.
Dec 2023 UPDATE: Our account is now PERMAMENTLY DISABLED - due to lack of activity!!!
What a joke it is to try to advertise legitimate products on this platform!
October 2023 - Incredibly difficult and frustrating app. Very difficult to setup, practically impossible to get support, when you go to create a ticket, you are told you don't have access to your own account to create the ticket?
We wasted $500 to get an ad credit and got ZERO conversions. I would not waste your time on this app or on TikTok advertising.

Die Werbeanzeigen die mit dieser TikTok Integration erstellt werden können, verstoßen gegen ihre eigenen Richtlinien. Dementsprechend werden die Ad-Konten permanent gesperrt und das Guthaben wird einbehalten. Support ist absolut unkooperativ und inkompetent! In jedem Ticket mehrmals die selben Antworten.. Egal wie das Problem erklärt wurde, ob mit Text oder Bildern.. Ergebnis war immer nur: "Die Entscheidung der Konto Sperrung ist endgültig, der Sachverhalt wird kein zweites Mal geprüft, Sie können nur ein neues Ad-Konto aufmachen...." Welches wir dann sofort wieder sperren, wegen Spam-/Betrugsverdacht bzw. weil schon zu viele Ad-Konten gesperrt wurden..
Vorgesetzte gibt es bei Tiktok ebenfalls keine, denn wer auf solch einen besteht wird einfach aus dem Supportticket gekickt.. Weil dann das Ticket ja auch gelöst ist..
Was soll man dazu noch sagen? Betrug mit Vorsatz vielleicht?
Mal sehen ob sich jemand von TikTok für diese Rezension interessiert..
TikTok debería agregar todo directamente desde nuestro Shopify, información y demás cosas. Así como lo esta en otras tiendas!! aun no he podido agregar mi tienda!! Par de días mas estaré tratando y si no, delete!
I used the app and simply tried to connect it with my Shopify store, but it said, "We detected unusual behavior during your account registration. Please make sure your network environment is secure or change the network you are using, and make sure the information you fill in is true." I filled out the document a few days ago and never received any feedback since then.
I can't even set anything up! Each time I try I keep getting "system error" and that's it! I've contacted support (more than once) and have yet to receive a response. I just made contact again. I've never encountered anything as stupid as this. I am not happy!
