CHARGED MY CARD $20 A DAY WITH NO ACTIVE SALES CAMPAIGN. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSE, I HAVE TO DISPUTE THIS WITH THE CC COMPANY.
Installed the app. and I continue to get error codes. I'm unable to see disapproved products, and there's no explanation on what's needed to fix the disapproved products.
It's nearly impossible to reach support. I've sent multiple messages and no response. You're left hanging trying to figure things app. Not happy at all.

There is literally NO Way to get in contact with a living person for trouble shooting problems so I have to resort to posting here.
I am unable to connect my store to TikTok.
When I attempt to connect via phone I get an error message that says "Username or password doesn't match our records. Try again."
When I attempt to connect by email the error message says "We couldn't find an account with that email.".
I've tried resetting my password, unlinking and re-linking my email. Nothing works. And the "Report a Problem" page doesn't cover this problem nor let you speak to a real person so I'm stuck

Using white scrollbars with a white background is infuriating.
Ad account gets suspended. When you try to appeal you get a vague reason. Setting up tiktok is a waste of time. Focus on facebook and pinterest. The customer support is absent and you never get your answers resolved properly.
