They don't even provide good enough customer support i asked for a refund because I didn't even get a single sale and they did not even reply to my request for refund.

I have firstly payed 18 euros and now 20 and for now it isn't working,. Furthermore it says when you pay 20 euro within the first 14 days you will have a 100 euro credit for your ads. I haven't received it . Could you help me?

This application is not function in my Shopify store. The marketing location shows errors although everything is correctly set up in my store. TikTok got in contact with me now and I am happy about it. I hope they can solve this problem now.

tried multiple times to get it to connect with my shopify and it wont which is causing issues with stock as well as postage as right now I have to input addresses manually to my royal mail for business account and there is no way to contact them and get a response

La synchronisation s'est juste arreté. Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir l'plication tiktok sur mon compte shopify. Le problème n'est pas identifié. Je ne sais pas quoi faire.

I didn't even create any campaigns. All i did was install the app and it got suspended.

Your advertising account has been suspended. Accounts can be suspended for one or more of the following reasons:

- We received a report or complaint on your account from users or other channels.
- There are problems with the creatives, qualifications or services provided by the ads.
- There are malicious behaviors or intent suspected during ad creation.
- If the advertisers tamper with the landing page after the ads starts to deliver.
- If your credit card has an abnormal charge on your account.
- If your account has a long outstanding balance that has not been paid or your payment fails.

Compared to facebook ads, the targeting was poor and the CPA was about 8 times higher. Also, I attended a seminar on TikTok and started advertising 8 days later because of the campaign. However, the campaign was not applied, so I inquired about it and the answer was that the campaign ended the day before I started the ad. Since there is no deadline on the materials, it is almost a scam.
