Be very careful of violating any Tiktok policies. They will shut your shop and withhold all the funds that they owe you regardless of whether you are in the right. Their Appeals process is unfair.

Given how anyone I talk to about this app agrees that its an absolute nightmare, Im *shocked* that this app somehow has one of the highest ratings (4.8) on the shopify app platform. Just. HOW. We've had *SOOOOOO* many problems. I do not understand.

UPDATE: Finally, somehow, got it stop rejecting our documents. Running a shop has been a nightmare as well, with random AI false flagging out items ...

Integration was a constant pain. When we imported our products 80% failed verification with no explanation and would not verify after multiple amendments. Raised a support ticket for help, got nowhere and they market the ticket as resolved despite not addressing the issue.

This has been one of the most exhausting experiences in my life. Opening or trying to open a Tiktok shop was pure hell.
no one at TikTok will help you, try to open a ticket and the system, asks you over and over to verify yourself even though you already have.

Ads were not approved and they continue to take money out of my bank account so whenever you try contacting them there is no response but rather blatant disregard for someone's hard earned money.

We've been in business for over 22 years and probably have about 20 apps in our Shopify store. We advertise on every medium possible. We've never experienced so much difficulty or lack of support as we have with this application and regardless of what information we supply to their "support" team, we get no resolve. They want social security numbers, Tax IDs, all locations, all application ...

Really really bad, took too long, no help, repeat typing over and over again and doing again here. No help, bad for a small business....too much work and waste of tie for what it is worth sadly

Once a product is linked you cannot unlink it.

i would leave this app a negative 5 stars if I could, this app has major issues that need to be worked out, and when you try to reach out to TikTok they will try to throw you onto Shopify, it might be just me having bad luck with the app but it wouldn't categorize anything, wont auto map anything, then you will have to go back and fix everything if you made a mistake, then you have to optimize ...
