I never use this app, but they give my money! I want my money back! Bad quality and supporting. NEVER use this app

I can't even set anything up! Each time I try I keep getting "system error" and that's it! I've contacted support (more than once) and have yet to receive a response. I just made contact again. I've never encountered anything as stupid as this. I am not happy!

There is literally NO Way to get in contact with a living person for trouble shooting problems so I have to resort to posting here.

I am unable to connect my store to TikTok.

When I attempt to connect via phone I get an error message that says "Username or password doesn't match our records. Try again."

When I attempt to connect by email the error message says "We couldn't find an account with that email.".

I've tried resetting my password, unlinking and re-linking my email. Nothing works. And the "Report a Problem" page doesn't cover this problem nor let you speak to a real person so I'm stuck

tried multiple times to get it to connect with my shopify and it wont which is causing issues with stock as well as postage as right now I have to input addresses manually to my royal mail for business account and there is no way to contact them and get a response

"Unknown error" appears repeatedly when creating an advertisement, the reason for the error cannot be found, the recharged money cannot be returned.
No one to help me, can't find customer service. If I could give 0 star, I would give 0 star.

Una società Schifosa. apro un account carico 30 euro e bannano l'account senza darmi spiegazioni. contatto il centro risoluzioni e mi dicono che hanno sospeso l'account per attività sospetta. chiedono i documenti che prontamente gli fornisco. e ripetono la solita solfa..attività sospetta account bannato e 30 euro RUBATI. e se fossero stati 5000? lo ripeto spero falliscano e vengano bannati sia in europa che in america. solo scammers
