SO THE AD WAS REJECTED! Here is the reason why: "E-commerce ads must display valid information on the landing pages. The information required by local law includes, but is not limited to the advertiser's contact details, company name, company address, business license, local currency price display, terms & conditions, shipping info, privacy policy, returns policy, and refund policy. " SOO IF YOU SCROLL DOWN TO THE LANDING PAGE the links to all that they are asking for EXIST...so what did I do... I went and clicked their HELP area to find a CONTACT US for TIkTOK...DOES NOT EXIST on their help page.

I was hesitant to do this and I should have gone with my instincts. I created an account linked to my store and put money on my account. Shortly after the store was suspended (Sock Panda) and no reason has been given, They keep saying they will keep the money too. We will see about that! However - beware of disgusting behavior by sleezy interests. Made another attempt over a year later - still a terrible experience. . Got my money back, but this is just a bad company
We have been able to advertise on every platform including pinterest, facebook, google, bing. When I tried to launch a campaign for a new product launch. I got an error message. This account has been suspended and its ads have been stopped. Following is the message I got.

This App i great some how! but useless you can't target the market you want, not recommended for long term at all.. There is no flexibility nor options to create and target your Audience in specific market.

I have tried to run Tik Tok Shop and there was a bug related to warehouse location, requesting us to change addresses, I have done it and in the middle our account was disabled because of "suspicious activities", we are running business on several other marketplaces without any problem. We have provided the information that was requested by email, and our appeal was denied, we have 15 days to provide more information, we have provided exactly what Tik Tok requested. Can someone assist us?

Awful. The app doesn't work. I set up a campaign via the Shopify admin. The campaign "failed" so I "cancelled" the campaign after it failed; however, Tik Tok has continued to bill me (3 x the amount that is stated in the campaign total via the app dahsboard found in the Shopify admin.) I have reached out to Tik Tok (through the app, through the business admin site, and through the Shopify app channel multiple times... with no response.) I then reached out to Shopify, who said they can't help because it's a "third party" site. In my experience, the app is untrustworthy: 1. it doesn't work
2. there is no support from Tik Tok
3. there is no support from Shopify
