So easy to set up. Much easier than Facebook

So far so good...

This has been the most horrendous app. I thought meta's app was bad but this one wins. This app has ONE JOB! ONE. JOB. To connect shopify to tik tok. It has failed to do that in every single way possible so far.

This app will NOT do the following:
1. Sync my warehouse info to tik tok shipping (I added 3x and opened support cases still nothing)
2. Connect my shopify to a tik tok business account ...

TikTok is an ever growing platform, and despite the scrutiny its receiving in the states it has a robust UI and shopping system. Vendors should consider using the sales channel to garner a new/different customer base.

I could uninstall every other social media app & only have tiktok

I've had such a hard time using this plug in with Shopify. It doesn't really work when you have different SKUs. I've opted to just manage separately. I wish I could figure a way to work together but it's add more work vs. supporting.

The app so far is seamless but I have not seen the other side yet and if my products are available on tiktok like it says they are. I wish they had a view option that allows you to see in real time that your products are listed somewhere.
