It was smooth for most of the application, terms and condition portion could be easier. But other than that, it is a positive experience filling in all information. I don't have much other recommendations on how to improve the process. Maybe using a check box type system for some questions or terms a condition understanding. I know how important that section is but i had a million tabs open by the end of the process which was really frustrations to say the least. But not much other feedback but the rest was easy to understand and get through. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback and help improve this process for other users on this platform that wishes to make their business better and reach more customers.

Update: The account is reactivated! Thank you for helping me fix the issue but I am scared to deposits funds into the account in case you steal it again. We will try advertising on tiktok again and hopefully do not face any other challenges. Many other accounts are having issues, it would be great if you can help me fix those. -------------- $50 Stolen! Ad account suspended! Please help me fix this issue as this. I see many other accounts are facing the same issue. As a small business, I would stay way from tiktok until they fix their issues.

Easy enough set up and I found no issues using this for 2 shops. Left one star off as I have not had any ads run on the platform to be able to tell if everything is working properly. Will be back to change, good or bad.
A business that doesn't learn how to use social media will find it difficult to reach many customers because a lot of people use social media to find items they want to buy.
It's quite easy to setup on Shopify. I love the new features and user interface. Though It was disheartening to find out that I can't run Ads in most African Countries especially Uganda, Nigeria and Ghana. I hope Tiktok extend their Ad reach.
