Configurar TikTok Shop con Shopify fue un reto al principio porque hay muchos detalles que revisar como el mercado, el idioma y la sincronización del inventario. Aprendí que si el país, la moneda o el warehouse no están bien configurados, los productos no se sincronización Consejo: revisen que todo esté en USD, que el mercado sea Estados Unidos y que el inventario se sincronice desde Shopify hacia TikTok. La paciencia y revisar cada paso hace la diferencia.

The absolute worst experience I've had with any service in 40 years of being an entrepreneur. The app itself fails to sync to TikTok shop if you have more than 100 SKUs because new accounts are under a trial period, but you can't just select some items manually to only sync part of your products. All that doesn't matter though because their AI couldn't verify my business even after submitting 20+ requested docs twice with their chat agent guiding me on the 2nd and final appeal. The crazy part is they verified my business on my ad account with the exact same docs. Overall the absolute biggest waste of time and energy.

Needs more detailed instruction links to make it more user friendly. Customers don't automatically know what they need to do at any given point if the signup or what information they need to put in the area boxes. Can be confusing and needs more links for educational purposes.

A really smooth and efficient process. Each verification step was quick and easy to follow, and the whole thing was completed in under five minutes

När man väl kom ihåg sina inloggningsuppgifter till tiktok så gick det väldigt smidigt. Mycket enkelt att förstå för oss som inte är så duktiga på detta.

Had to register my business name properly through ASIC (I'm a sole trader) but after doing that it took a couple of minutes to setup.
