This process has been a very difficult at first. Not having anyone to talk to when you have issues is a problem. But, all in all when you get past all the documents and extra you will finally get some resolution. I'm just excited to get past all the admin and get to selling!
Easy to manage and very easy explanatory
TikTok Shop is relatively easy to set up, but it's also very involved. i see they try to make things "simple" and thank god they put the banners on the dashboard to alert you as a seller that you've got to take care of something but honestly, it's so much to handle - setting it up and keeping it running. I am hoping to take some dedicated time to go through some of the How To videos and that that will clear things up. It would be helpful if as a seller/creator, we understood more about how the system will promote us, as it seems there are so many OPINIONS only, and not actual info coming from TiktTok. Everyone's just guessing and posting their guesses. That seems counterintuitive. Also, I want to mention that online chat support has been amazing in most cases. SOmetimes the forum or FAQs just can't answer a question quickly and when you have a customer issue, or you are trying to avoid issues or a violation by finding out the right thing to do, they've been extremely helpful, and most times, easy to understand (doesn't seem to be a language barrier as with other platforms).
