Easy and straight forward. I like that it’s all built in. Also, through TikTok you need to gain followers first but doing it through Shopify your able to setup shop right away.

To check back after a couple of days to make sure everything is fully synced. I was able to set up my shop really easily, but after I noticed I had missed a few steps to make my shop fully functional.
Really love how easy it was to be able to connect my shopify store to Tik Tok. Thankful I do not have to upload on another platform.

A great way to sync from your TikTok Shop to your Shopify Store and vice versa. Especially handy if some products can not be synced to your TikTok shop due to publishing restrictions, this overcomes that, simply sync those products to Shopify then transfer them over to TikTok shop.

I wish there was a setting to turn off importing orders. I enjoy having the two connected but i do not want to import the orders. Seems like a simple fix since you can turn off and on the sync for other things like product info, inventory, price. Let us connect but not sync orders

Terrible. put in ticket and followed process, product categories will not work, templates will not work and their only answer (they've told me multiple times to do and then decided they wanted me to submit screen recordings of me doing it because they didn't believe me and then closed the ticket without resolution) was to clear the cache and use an incognito browser. Absolute Garbage.
