I did a lot of research into the best programs and we are thrilled that we went with PTT. Phillip is attentive, knows the program backwards and forwards, and the system is very easy to use. Plus there are ongoing upgrades always in the works so new features become available. All of that and the unmatched customer service- 10/10 recommend!
I wish the schedule would automatically update when I saved it instead of sending a new link to employees every time. I also wish the export format was plain text and easier to read
If you have 2 pos systems, staff needs to punch out on the same tablet they punched in on.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re sorry for the confusion. Staff can clock out from any POS tablet. They don’t need to return to the one they used to clock in. They can simply sign in with their Shopify POS PIN and open POS Time Tracker. Even if the tile still says “Clock In,” tapping it will bring up the “Clock Out” option. We hope this helps, and we’re always happy to assist!

The app meets our needs perfectly. It accurately records multiple logins and logouts throughout the day, and the reporting features are robust. We can easily filter reports by employee and export them in CSV format, which simplifies our payroll process. The team is receptive to feedback and quick to implement improvements. It integrates perfectly with Shopify POS, making it easy for our team to clock in and out without any hassle. The reports are simple to generate and work seamlessly for our payroll processing. The app is reasonably priced, and the support team has been incredibly responsive to our questions.
