I have been using this app and had no issues until now. All of a sudden the bulk changer is not working, I emailed support with no answer, I can't undo the sales, I uninstalled and reinstalled and I had to pay for the app again, and now I can't access anything to modify or add a new sale. This is so frustrating for a ecommerce site. I understand glitches are going to happen, but this is unacceptable.

Some of the sale / price changing functionality works, but then again some of it doesn't so we have to go through the pricing manually after starting each sale to make sure that the sale prices are correct. This basically makes the plugin useless to us since we can update our prices manually faster than it takes to go through and make sure this did it's job. We've disabled and will not be using again. Sorry devs. Wanted to like this.

I had a problem, they solved it, they were very attentive, I hope for good results in the app and whenever you need them they support you. thank you
