バリエーションを持つ商品について、一部を予約対象とし、それ以外は売り切れのままにしたかったのですがうまくいかずカスタマーサポートチャットに問い合わせしました。その際に、どのように対処すれば良いのか親切に最後まで説明してくださるなど、ベンダーの方の姿勢も大変素晴らしいものでした。

Easy to use App, works great, there are good options to customize the design of buy button and product pictures with a pre-order badge. It has helped us to broaden the product range and to plan the supply. Especially helpful for businesses in a pandemic time, thank you!

We have just added this app a few days ago, and as I am brand new to it, I've had to reach out to the support team quite often. Each time my inquiries were addressed thoroughly and followed up promptly if they had to be escalated. All in all, it has been such a pleasant experience working with their tech team. And a shout out to Pam, who has been the go to person all this time, and she's been beyond helpful :)

Very quick and responsive customer support. I had some issues with my subscription app that didn't work with pre-orders, but their technical team solved it smoothly and quickly. The interface is also very clear and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I have tried a few pre order apps for my company and the service that timesact provides is bar none. Even with a busy time of year it is imperative for growing businesses to place ourselves in positions to successful and the staff at timesact helped with a very time sensitive issue. Worth the cost.
