It's early day for us using the app. This transition over from another app has been planned for a few months. After experiencing too many issues with our old preorder app, I moved was a must. Preorders play a big part in our business, we needed reliability. Timesact came highly recommended and the reviews speak for themselves. The onboarding session was so helpful. I had played around with the app and got the basics correct, but the little tweaks to the code needed for a customized Theme was beyond my capabilities, to add the banners and badges to product codes etc. I was even helped to speed up my site a little. Definitely recommend having the onboarding session
