Timesact and the customer support I received directly from Andrei were out of this world as we prepared our site prior to airing on "Shark Tank!" With the uncertainty of how soon we would run out of product, and how much traffic to expect from the airing, Andrei went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and would run smoothly when our stock ran out, per variant. I tried many of the Pre-Order apps available and found Timesact to be the easiest to use. When I had a small complication getting it to integrate with Shogun, the Customer Service was exceptional. They were able to get the integration working in no time and the product works seamlessly. Highly recommend this app!
