Super easy and straightforward app. I wanted to create a pre-order item within my store and I was able to do so easily. I needed just a little assistance to set up a specific pre-order banner and when I reached out, Andrei had me all set up and good to go within 10 minutes of my email. Thank you!!!

Very helpful onboarding session. June was very patient and thorough during onboarding. The app will be very helpful for our site.
This app is very easy to use. It's nice and simple, not too complicated, and perfect if you are just starting to do preorders. Andrei is extremely responsive and will answer/solve your questions quickly.

This app is, as far as I know, the most affordable and does a great. If you consider a pre-order app, this is by far the best.

Oliver and the rest of the Timesact have been so helpful with troubleshooting our pre-order features!
I would definitely recommend to anyone. So easy to use and they have seriously THE best customer service! They messaged me back within like 2 minutes when I had a question!
Andrei and Jonathan as well as other team members have been incredibly responsive and have helped with the set up. Great app and great team!
I've just installed this app and it is working really well. A couple of technical issues (not with the app) were resolved very quickly. As a new store, I really like the pricing structure as well. Thanks, a great product.
