It's not a perfect solution but it's as close as it can get with what we are able to do without completely rewriting the code of our website. Andrei was GOAT for going above and beyond to help fix the backend to make it work as best he could. That alone is a rare trait these days and that alone should convince you to use this app over other pre-order apps out there. The actual button works well and the backend while takes a moment to learn, works well. I need to keep using it to familiarize myself with it so I can get it working quickly but it won't be long. Anyways, definitely an A+ from me for an all-around experience with this app.

I tried many other applications, but some didn't work with my theme and the others was complicated or missing some pre-ordering features, even my theme has the pre-order feature, but it wasn't that good. But this application has all features that the pre-order function must have, I was able to use it without theme compatibility issues, even the only feature that didn't work, the support team fixed it in a few minutes :). I recommend it.

It's so important to have the product walkthrough and have someone hear your specific questions, concerns and scenarios to reduce the time to learn the platform. Very good help articles as well.

I was doing something wrong with my setup, and reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, and effectively in taking care of my issue. Now my presale is set up seamlessly!
