Wow! Timesact not only has an incredibly intuitive user interface that allows anyone to feel comfortable to go in and set up pre-orders but where I'm really surprised is with the level of care for customer support.

I've needed their assistance with a few custom attributes on our store, and their tech team is incredibly responsive at all hours. Honestly a fantastic solution for pre-orders.

Timesact has a very user friendly interface so it took me very little time to get used to the layout and insert the features I'd like to use with my Shopify account. I did encounter a bug concerning the pre-order function, but I scheduled a free website test call and got the problem fixed within 20 minutes! Jolo was my support contact and he's amazing. Very helpful and friendly to talk to! I'm very satisfied with Timesact and can't wait to use more of their features :)

[UPDATE] Very well designed app. App does a lot of things without custom coding other apps can only do with custom coding that would take forever to get implemented. Definitely one of the very well-thought-of app! Would highly recommend! Jolo from customer support was awesome as he helped and guided me through a couple of very useful functions.

[OLD] Super fast customer support and reasonable pricing for functions the app provides! Love how you can customize each products for pre-order, back in stock, etc.
