There was an event that did not fit in the cart, but I contacted support and it was completed in a few minutes. I thought the level of support was very high. I was able to respond quickly to inquiries from Japanese sites.

Timesact is an excellent user-friendly tool that worked flawless from the second it was set-up. We had 2 questions for the team, to which we in both cases, received a complete and comprehensive answer with 30 min. 5 stars from the COAX girls.

This app is a great option for any small shop that just start a business with a small budget. There is a wide range of subscription plans depending on the pre-sale amount. I definitely recommend this.

5/24/21 Just started using this app and have already had a surprising number of pre-orders! Customer service is great too...super fast! App is also easy to install and easy to use.

Very happy with this app! I used it to enable pre-orders on my products. At first, had trouble changing the button to Pre-order, but Andrei was super quick and helpful - he updated it for me, and also enabled the pre-order badge to match my site's coloring. Great, fast and friendly customer service!

Andrei from timesact is super helpful. They recently changed their app and i was confused on where to access some of their old functionality and he assisted me promptly. This is definitely the best preorder app we’ve used. Highly reccomended!

This is the BEST app to use for pre-ordering. I had tried several apps before which were all difficult to setup and all had issues with my theme. This app worked flawlessly as soon as I installed it. It is SUPER easy to add products as pre order as you can select anything from your products and best of all the support is unreal. Andrei helped out with my request instantly and helped solve my issue within minutes. Highly recommend this app for pre-orders. 10/10 for both the product and the service.
