The support is top tier! Very responsive, quick to act, and genuinely very nice people to deal with.
Had an introductory call with Jolo who was fantastic with helping me set everything up, answered all my questions and really went above and beyond to get everything exactly as i needed it, thanks Jolo!

Very fast and efficient support from Jollo. I was able to get a 1 on 1 support session within 2 hours of using the app.
I've used quite a few different pre-order apps in the past and i've found this one to be the most user friendly and easiest to setup. We had some simple issues at first with badges not showing up but support was right on it and had the problem fixed in no time. I had a free guided setup call to walk over the rest of the app and found that it will replace some other apps we are currently using which is going to save me money. Highly recommend!
