These guys are great! The app is simple to install and configure. I cant recommend Timesact enough! I had a small issue with one of the features not immediately working because my theme is custom... but Andrei had i working in a few minutes. The customer service is amazing! Andrei was able to help me with a couple minor formatting requests, and was very responsive to feature suggestions. Also, love the pricing. Full feature free plan for small businesses! I wish more apps did business this way.

I just recently installed this app and immediately received help when I needed it from Andrei. I was having trouble with the settings, because of previous pre order apps I installed/uninstalled. The app works great with quite a bit of customization available to fit our stores sales needs and color scheme. On the rare occasion I've needed customer support, it has been excellent & pricing is reasonable too! Over the past year they've upgraded the app several times. Most of the changes have been a great improvements in functionality and ease of use.

This is 100% the best pre-order app there is for Shopify. The other ones are way too confusing and don't keep their promise for performance. The app makes it very, very easy to set up pre-orders on your site. Also, their customer service goes above and beyond the normal send email never hear back from most apps on Shopify. I 110% recommend this app over the other options and hope this team continues to contribute to the Shopify ecosystem of apps to help retailers :)
