I experienced a hiccup with this app when updating the theme version of our site. I sent a message in to support and and was helped immediately!! Quick resolution...they didn't just tell me what to do with troubleshoot instructions like other apps but rater they made fix themselves while they were in my site assessing the issue. That made the world of difference:) I even bounced back a custom question I thought had no chance of getting an adjustment now and yep...they took care of that too. Would definitely recommend based on their excellent support!

After trying various solutions for our shop's pre-orders, we decided to use Timesact Preorder app.

We have now been using it for more than 1 year.

There are various options that can be configured for your needs, from the look of the badges to the payment functions.

We can easily and quickly upload many products and offer them to customers however we want.

And at the moment you can test it fully functional at no cost. Their support is working, fast and effective.

We are having a great experience with Timesact. We were in an emergency inventory situation where our product was going to be out of stock for about a week because of sourcing issues.
We installed the app and had a couple of questions not long after installing. Rommel and Princess answered our questions within minutes of our asking.
We didn't lose any sales and actually had larger sales with our preorders that we were able to fill within the week.
We strongly recommend Timesact for your preorder/out of stock needs.
The support is timely and they are a great fit for our business.

Super fast support. Always helps quickly via chat and email and gets to the solution. This is important for me, especially because Shopify is constantly changing and you need support - which I get here.
