Nach Feierabend die Idee gehabt. Die tolle und einfache App von Timesact gefunden, installiert und alles schon wunderbar in vielen Sprachen vorhanden. Eben auch in Deutsch. 3 kleine Fragen mit der Chat-Funktion in der App gestellt und umgehend Antwort erhalten. Alle offenen Punkt in 30 Minuten erledigt und die App läuft zur vollen Zufriedenheit. WOW - herzlichen Dank für diesen genialen Support !!!

This app is really great! Set up is easy and the way their pricing is arranged is smart and I found it to be way better because it grows with your store. Very helpful customer service and I highly recommend them!

Great features and perfect for the pre-orders I'm doing. Their support team is great. They gave me a free onboarding video call where they explained the features and I was able to ask any questions. I have not launched my website yet, but I added this app for handling pre-orders and back in stock notifications and I booked the complimentary call with Timesact to walk me through their features. June was wonderful at showing me around the back end and helping me learn what the app can do for my business and where everything is. I just started my own ecom business in Germany and needed to set up a Pre-Order quickly. The support was so nice and helpful. Jolo guided me through the process and we set up everything for tomorrow! I am actually a bit impressed by how good the support for this app is and I can just recommend it. Especially to newcomers on shopify, like me.

The setup of this app is easy and provides all of the options that are necessary to have items up for pre-order. Support is knowledgeable and quick to respond.
