I love the app because it is extremely easy to use AND Jolo provided top tier customer service which made me like the app even more!

Jolo and the guys and girls are rocking. Very good support, fast and instant. The app works great and without issues. Easy to understand. Love when you can use something without the learning curve. Thank you for being so helpful, Princess.

Very good app. It allows you to set up all wanted products as pre-order items. It's synchronised with Shopify so no need to change the stock manually.
All your questions are answered through an onboarding session, which is free. I had mine with June, she's a very nice lady who helped me with my questions. She was very patient and thorough. I would definitely recommand an onboarding session.

Timesact absolutely rescued us when we were hit with supply-chain delays, making it possible for our customers to place orders with a good understanding that their orders would ship in the near future. The app reduced upset customer calls dramatically through good communication and the ability to place orders. An easy-to implement life-saver.

We are really loving this app so far! As a small business focused on sustainability and quality, we make everything in small batches. We do have a production schedule, so we know what items will be completed soon. Timesact has allowed us to offer the Pre-order option to our community, so they can see the expected shipping date and order confidently, rather than waiting and wondering whether the item might be available, and when!
The support is top notch-- Jolo helped me during my setup call, and he was very nice and helpful, adjusting the code in Timesact so that the buttons would look right. I had a question about applying a Shopify discount a few days later, and the customer service was so helpful-- I even got an email from the CTO which I thought was a very impressive level of care.
My only feedback is that the text the app puts on the site is not automatically translated by Shopify's translate & Adapt, and they don't currently have a multilingual option. Its not a big deal, I just put the preorder message in both English & French, but something to be aware of so you know what to expect!
Overall thrilled with the app and the support, and would recommend!
