Great app and awesome customer support. Our customers are using the pre-order function and I'm about to set up the back in stock function after understanding the app a lot better with my onboarding session.
The Timesact App is exactly what I needed - an easy to set up and use Pre-Order feature.
I had my onboarding call with June, who was incredibly friendly and helped me very quickly fix a couple of issues that arose because of my highly customized theme.
Can definitely recommend this App and superb customer service! 5 very well deserved stars.
We used Timesact to offer preorder to our customers and it was easy to install and execute. Help by the developer was quick and useful. We look forward to wishlist being added as well! Highly recommend this app.

Really great Onboarding Session!!!! Thank you so much for your time and patience with the training.
We use Timesact for displaying and processing our pre-orders. Apps are great, but it's their support that truly shines the light on their true worth. I have been blown away by Timesact's support!
I sent a one line message to support and within a few hours, Andrei asked if he could get access to have a look in our admin. Then a couple of hours later, I had a video that explained why/how we'd messed things up and the easy solution to get it all good again.
That is awesome support!

The team at Tmesact and the Pre-order app were always quick to respond to my questions and their service helped us with our inventory and sales needs. It was a great addition to our Shopify store.
Just had my onboarding with this app team and it was so great! They really covered all of their bases to be sure I understood how to work and run the system! Seems like an easy enough app to use and will be very helpful once I've got it all fully worked out!
The BEST app I have found in a long time! Easy to set up - works perfectly - can't fault it - Support is First Class, an immediate response to a question I had.
